Mental health has always been a paramount topic within my personal life which gave me great motivation to explore it for this project which aims to promote progressive values and attitudes towards diversity and inclusion through creative fashion practice.

 I specifically investigated anxiety and autism as this is something I am diagnosed with; I researched into the physical/mental symptoms alongside support and advocation. I reflected upon my own experience and decided to create imagery for MIND (the mental health charity) for a campaign to promote grounding techniques.
